He is a technology executive whose 25 year career has focused on growing technology companies through organic growth, geographic expansion and M&A, creating significant shareholder value along the way.
Emmett Pepe
Chief Financial Officer
Emmett Pepe is GSE Systems’ Chief Financial Officer. He brings to GSE 30 years of experience in finance management across a variety of business sectors with a focus on the software and telecommunications industries. Mr. Pepe specializes in financial reporting, international accounting operations, systems integration, internal controls and process improvements.
Dr. Bahram Meyssami
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Meyssami brings to GSE more than 25 years of experience in complex enterprise-level software development and delivery for engineering, education and analytics. He has held multiple technology leadership roles in several organizations developing state-of-the-art software technology and growing effective technology teams focused on delivery of customer-aligned value.
Dan Pugh
Chief Legal and Risk Officer
Dan Pugh is the Chief Legal & Risk Officer and Corporate Secretary for GSE Systems. He is a business attorney with more than 25 years of experience working with technology-enabled software and service companies. Mr. Pugh’s core areas of expertise are business operations and strategy, GRC (governance, risk, and compliance), corporate transactions, securities, licensing software and protecting intellectual property, negotiating contracts, developing and commercializing technology, and creating best in class corporate practices.
Don Horn
President, GSE Engineering
Donald Horn, P.E. is President of GSE TrueNorth. Don applies his twenty-five years of energy industry related experience, both domestic and abroad, encompassing a wide spectrum of managerial and engineering responsibilities. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, BSEE, from Colorado State University, and is a registered Professional Engineer.
Gill Grady
Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development
Gill Grady is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development and Acquisition Integration with GSE Systems. He has been with GSE and its predecessor, The Singer Company, for 40 years, serving in leadership roles such as SVP of Marketing and Business Development, SVP of the Strategic Business Unit, and VP of GSE Process Solutions. Mr. Grady holds a B.S. in marketing from Virginia Tech.
Ravi Khanna
Senior Vice President, Professional Services
Ravi Khanna is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services. He brings over 18 years of complex software architecture and delivery practices from Defense, Satellite Telecommunications, and Digital Services Consulting to GSE. Prior to GSE, he held leadership positions in the Technical Architecture practice at Accenture LLP as well as ViaSat, Inc.
Brian Greene
Vice President, GSE Workforce Solutions
Brian brings more than 15 years of staffing industry experience to GSE. Previously he spent more than a decade with System One in the professional staffing space, operating in a diverse portfolio of businesses, with particular focus in the nuclear energy and engineering sectors. His experience includes recruiting, business development, and management roles, holding responsibilities for the growth and development of national and regional accounts.
